Our founder Jenny Johnson boasts over 20 years of invaluable experience in the maritime sector, with 8 years at sea as a mariner and a commendable track record of 10 years focusing on the recruitment of skilled mariners and the advancement of maritime education. This extensive expertise encompasses diverse areas such as data collection, analysis, research, design, and the successful implementation of numerous recruitment and training initiatives. Moreover, Maritime Inclusion Partners proudly maintains an expansive network of esteemed maritime entities, including shipping companies, educational institutions, government agencies, and non-profit organizations.
